As spring sets in and the fresh (and tasty) buds appear on the trees, bushes and plants, the fragile balance of man, his crops and his livestock has been upset by herds or delinquent goats. Farmers and gardeners are not happy as the goats indiscriminately feed on the new buds and fresh crops. The local authorities have not acted decisively to solve this problem so a public demonstration will take place this week to attempt to bring the goat owners to account.
